Bilingual Customer Service Professional – Remote

Adecco is currently hiring for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative working fully remote in Canada to service one of the largest insurances and financial services companies globally. To be considered for the Bilingual Customer Service Representative role, you have previous experience in providing customer service support, and excellent communications skills. This is 1 year contract full-time has a pay of $18.64/h.+ 4% Vacation pay.

Bilingual Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Provide a high level of service to external and internal customers for all of the client’s mainstream products and/or knowledge of a specialized function
  • Respond to all customer service inquiries, answering a standard number of calls and related investigation work by following set procedures and utilizing administrative expertise
  • Ensure positive and effective relationships are maintained with customers
  • Act as primary contact for customers’ requests by researching the problem/issue through interaction with multiple internal departments in order to find the appropriate information and solution
  • Proactively work to identify and correct customer issues, resolve customer complaints and concerns, and coordinate with other staff and departments as required
  • Bilingual Customer Service Professional Qualifications:

  • Excellent organization skills, with the ability to prioritize under stressful and changing circumstances
  • Understanding of Investment products available to Canadian Investors is an asset (eg. RRSP, RRIF)
  • Knowledge of Segregated funds is an asset
  • Bilingualism in French and English
  • High level of phone confidence and professionalism, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service negotiation skills with the ability to maintain a positive customer relationship in a very difficult situation
  • Experience in financial industry is an asset
  • Team player, with a positive attitude, and is self-motivated
