Royal Canadian Mint is hiring an Advisor, Content Marketing who can thrive in a dynamic and inclusive environment.

Reporting to the Manager, Content, the Advisor, Content Marketing is responsible for the analysis, creation, and management of digital content on all marketing channels that speaks to our myriad of unique customers.

Key Responsibilities: Working in agile, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders plus our agencies to create outstanding on-brand customer content.

We expect you to research both content and consumer trends to create relevant and topical messaging.We need you to create content for a variety of platforms including blogs, websites, and social media (to name a few).It will be especially important that you bring proofreading and editing skills to the table that you will always use before publishing.You will assist with managing content calendars and ensuring that messaging remains consistent across all platforms.We’ll need you to track customer and content analytics and author reports and top-notch presentations as required.We expect you to stay up to date with, and share with the team, current content trends, consumer preferences advancements, and relevant messaging technology developments.

Requirements: University degree or college diploma in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or related disciplineMinimum of 5 years of marketing content experienceExpert digital content writing skillsHave a high level of experience with marketing and loyalty programs including customer communications in an ecommerce environmentHave extensive knowledge of most current digital platforms, technologies, trends, and tools.Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, including optimizing organic search traffic through contentBring a strong visual point of view to deliver insightful feedback on designed content, including videoBe able to work collaboratively and with agility in cross-functional teams to achieve resultsUnderstand urgency and be proactiveBilingualism required.The health and safety of our employees is a top priority.
