Today, I'm recruiting for one of my wonderful clients located in Saint-Hubert for an SAP Testing and Quality Technical Leader. The position is permanent, hybrid, and offers great benefits.
– Define and lead the validation strategy for SAP and non-SAP applications, ensuring the effective implementation of unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
– Develop and update comprehensive test plans, covering SAP modules (EWM, TM, MM, SD, FICO, PP) as well as other enterprise systems.
– Collaborate closely with business and technical teams (analysts, developers, SAP functional experts) to align test requirements with operational objectives.
– Oversee defect management and quality control, establishing rigorous tracking processes and performance indicators to ensure efficient defect resolution.
– Optimize and automate testing processes, integrating appropriate tools to maximize coverage and improve validation efficiency.
– Coach and support test teams, implementing best practices and ensuring compliance with applicable quality standards. – Manage and maintain test environments, ensuring they accurately reflect production systems for accurate and reliable validations.
– Produce detailed analysis reports and make recommendations, ensuring transparent communication with stakeholders on testing progress and quality assurance initiatives.
– University degree (Bac+5) in computer science or a related field.
– More than 5 years of experience in software validation, including at least 3 years in team management or technical leadership.
– Proficiency in SAP modules and associated testing solutions, including SAP Solution Manager and HP ALM.
– Strong analytical and communication skills, facilitating interaction with technical and business teams.
– Experience in Agile/DevOps environments, with a good understanding of automation tools (an asset).
