Today, I'm recruiting for one of my wonderful clients located in Ville Saint-Laurent. I'm recruiting a Level 3 IT Technician to support the IT coordinator and assist less experienced staff as needed. The position is temporary for 6 months, with a strong possibility of becoming permanent afterward.

– Ensure the proper functioning of the network, wireless equipment, and computer systems.
– Actively participate in documentation, writing user guides, and user training.
– Support school and administrative staff, both in person and remotely.
– Contribute to the implementation of new technological solutions in collaboration with the IT analyst.
– Assume a technical leadership role within the IT technician team.

– College diploma in information technology or equivalent.
– Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, with supervisory or coordination responsibilities.
– Autonomy, initiative, customer focus.
– Fluency in French and functional English.
– Knowledge of Mac OS, Office 365, SCCM, and MDM (asset).
– Experience in a school or northern environment (strong asset).
