Today, I'm recruiting for a Level 2 IT technician for one of my wonderful clients located in Ville Saint-Laurent. The position is temporary for 6 months, with a strong possibility of becoming permanent afterward. There is also occasional travel to northern Canada.

– Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.
– Provide technical support to teaching and administrative teams.
– Participate in the drafting of technical procedures and guides.
– Contribute to the deployment of new technological solutions.
– Conduct field visits to support regional institutions.

– Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent.
– Minimum 4 years of experience in technical support.
– Fluency in French and functional English.
– Ability to work in remote areas; open to frequent travel.
– Knowledge of Mac OS, SCCM, and Office 365.
– Service-oriented, autonomous, and adaptable.
