Your Job As a business analyst, you will be at the heart of a program that aims to integrate current customer policies into our policy management platform.

You will be part of a team whose sole purpose is to create and constantly enhance the features of our policy management app to the point where it is considered as the best product in the insurance field.

Workplace: Montreal (2020, Robert-Bourassa Blvd.) Hiring manager: Jean-François Roux Your main responsibilities will be as follows: Analyze business needs to define IT solutions.

Lead and participate in business requirements specification workshops to specify IT solutions.

Carry out impact analyses and effort estimates to advocate, get approval, then document the IT solution using effective methods and interacting with both business users and the IT project team.

Support the development of solutions and technical analyses produced.

Support quality assurance activities and acceptance tests.

Support Product Owners in handling their backlogs and prioritizing the work to be done.

Document user stories to ensure they are clearly understood by the developers and quality assurance team.

Identify and communicate impacts on business processes to support change management in business units in a trainers’ training mode.

Build and maintain functional documentation that is robust, precise and accessible to all company stakeholders.
