Today, I'm recruiting for a Level 2 IT technician for one of my wonderful clients located in Ville Saint-Laurent. The position is temporary for 6 months, with a strong possibility of becoming permanent afterward.

– Ensure the deployment, maintenance, and support of workstations via SCCM.
– Manage Office 365, Azure AD, and Microsoft collaboration tools.
– Provide technical support to users and document procedures.
– Participate in the testing and implementation of technological solutions.

– DEC in computer science or equivalent.
– Minimum 4 years of experience in a Microsoft environment.
– Excellent command of Office 365, Azure, SCCM, and MDM.
– Fluent in French and professional English.
– Service-oriented, thorough, and able to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
– Any experience with academic environments is an asset.
