At Bad Boy, everyone counts, and we are as dedicated to our employees as we are to our customersLastman’s Bad is currently seeking an ambitious and accountable Account Manager for our growing Builder Division.

This role will be based out of our Head Office (500 Fenmar Drive), with travel to client sites on a regular basis.

Purpose: As one of two Account Managers in the team, you will be responsible for managing assigned builder accounts as well as acquiring new builder contracts.

You will manage all aspects of service to the builder accounts (i.E receiving products, scheduling deliveries, tracking upgrades, organizing installations, post-delivery service issues, etc).

You will be operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts and will need to collaborate with various teams to ensure client satisfaction and engagement with Bad Boy products and services in the long-run.Job Responsibilities: The first point of contact for builder clients; prepare and manage current contracts; Assemble quotes, validity dates, and prices for new projects with current clients; Managing all aspects of service to the builder accounts including, but not limited to providing specs, receiving products, scheduling deliveries, tracking upgrades, organizing installations, post-delivery service issues; Tracking and reporting of inventory for builder related accounts; receiving all products related to assigned accounts; Securing upgrades for clients, where applicable; Ensure the timely and successful delivery of products according to customer needs and objectives; Service current clients by addressing and resolving any service or delivery issues; Develop and maintain lasting relationships within assigned accounts; improve client utilization and product adoption rates; Acquiring net new business from current and prospective clients; Partake in negotiation discussions; Liaise between internal teams (Drivers, Delivery department, warehouse) to improve and oversee the clients’ experience; Collaborating with on-site personnel to ensure delivery and service accuracy; Any other responsibilities assigned to you by Senior Management, as business needs dictate.
